Wildhaven Farm, formerly known as Waione Falls due to the 60 foot water fall on one of the boundary streams, is a working Avocado and Kiwifruit farm nestled into the hills 15 kms North of Tauranga. The house is believed to be approaching 100 years old and has been recently renovated to provide owners accommodation upstairs with a separate large en suite bedroom downstairs with it's own access. This is suitable also as a family room, with doors opening onto a patio and extensive gardens. The property has uninterrupted views from Mount Maunganui to The Alderman Islands which can also be enjoyed from our heated swimming pool. There are 77 acres to wander, approximately half of which is forestry with beautiful walks leading to a grassy area ideal for picnics where the two streams meet that form the boundary of our property.
